2. Fit analysis and advice
We analyze your challenges one level deeper and make an initial proposal with suggested prioritization and timelines. This gives an idea of how Marketing van H can help you and which route to success is advised – and if your situation requires a type of support which others can do better, we will explicitly tell so.
3. Getting started
If you agree with the initial proposal, we will start with additional research and fine-tune the master plan in a few steps together. Deeper analysis of context, operations and (customer) data plays an important role. During this process, we directly help you making right choices. At the end of this step, there is a concrete masterplan to achieve strong marketing contributions. Not just a new campaign.
4. Marketing foundational success
Based on the masterplan, Marketing van H supports you to establish high, sustainable marketing performances. On-site, hybrid, or fully remote, whatever best fits your challenge and your organization. We have a lot of experience in remotely managing international marketing teams.
