Example programs I ran at Autodesk: Lead challenge, Focus accounts, ABM at scale. At SAP: lead optimization for SAP Channel Partners, Marketing sourced opportunities. I Introduced lead generation activities at customer events at KPMG.
Sales & Marketing collaboration
In B2B environment there are typically no marketing results without sales collaboration.
With my accountable approach and business acumen, I easily connect with sales (management) and formalize engagements. To ensure that marketing efforts are jointly prioritized, leads are not lost, and the marketing plan is constantly being optimized.
Team management
I like to work with numbers but love to work with people. Getting them at their best while making sure that team objectives are met.
The base of my style is rooted by the situational leadership model. Balancing between coaching, mentoring, and instruction depending on the context of the individual and task at hand. Direct reports recognize my drive to support their development.
